Unreal Engine for Fortnite

As the architect leading the Little Island Fortnite project, I helped pioneer a new way to experience architecture through digital worlds. My role connected architectural thinking, creative direction and game design, translating the project’s distinctive character into a playful environment that invites exploration.

Starting with the architectural geometry in Twinmotion, we brought the model through Unreal Engine and into Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN). This journey transformed an architectural visualization into an interactive world, carefully adapting its forms, materials and atmosphere for players to explore.

The result is a game that encourages players to discover Little Island through curiosity and play. By bringing the project into Fortnite, we created an opportunity to engage new audiences with its architecture and inspire them to learn more about the place behind the experience.
